Thank you for shopping with StencilAir.

Processing Time

Most of our reusable stencil products are made to order. Each stencil is individually laser-cut after the order is placed.

Because of this, our standard processing time is usually:

2 business days

During busy seasons or large custom orders, processing time may occasionally take slightly longer.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected during checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates provided by USPS are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Large Stencils

Some larger stencil sizes may be carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube to prevent damage during transit.

If your stencil arrives rolled, simply place it flat under books overnight before use.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system after shipment.

Incorrect Address Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

StencilAir is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

However, once an order has been transferred to USPS, shipping delays are outside of our direct control.
